If you have encountered the following issue:
After entering the license in SYSTRAN Language Manager and hit the button “Submit”, the screen becomes red. You cannot submit your licence.
Follow the steps desribed below:
Prerequisite:
Open your Task Manager and verify that you have two “systranserviceintegrator” running:
If you cannot see them, follow the steps described below then you should be able to submit your licence.
Step 1:
Go to the Windows Start menu and search “cmd”. Open it.
Step 2:
Type or copy/paste the command below:
- For 64 bit users:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\SYSTRAN 8 TRANSLATOR\service-integrator\SWL.exe" "C:\Program Files (x86)\SYSTRAN 8 TRANSLATOR\service-integrator\SystranServiceIntegrator.exe" -S -c "\"C:\Program Files (x86)\SYSTRAN 8 TRANSLATOR\service-integrator\etc\si.cfg\""
- For 32 bit users:
"C:\Program Files\SYSTRAN 8 TRANSLATOR\service-integrator\SWL.exe" "C:\Program Files\SYSTRAN 8 TRANSLATOR\service-integrator\SystranServiceIntegrator.exe" -S -c "\"C:\Program Files\SYSTRAN 8 TRANSLATOR\service-integrator\etc\si.cfg\""
Press Enter
Step 3:
Verify that systranserviceintegrator is in the Task Manager
You can now submit your licence in SYSTRAN Language Manager.
Important:
If you log out (or shut down your PC) you have to repeat the steps above after logging in.
