If you have trouble activating your license, it could be due to:

– Windows Firewall or your Anti-Virus firewall is blocking SYSTRAN 8 Translator
– “systranserviceintegrator” is not running
Windows Firewall or your Anti-Virus firewall is blocking SYSTRAN 8 Translator:
You have to allow SYSTRAN 8 Translator to communicate through the firewall.Contact your IT team to open the port «8905» and the ports « 49000-65535».
“systranserviceintegrator” is not running:
Open your Task Manager and verify that you have two “systranserviceintegrator” running:
If you cannot see them, follow the steps described below then you should be able to activate your licence.
Step 1:
Go to the Windows Start menu and search “cmd”. Open it.
Step 2:
Type or copy/paste the command below:

Now, you should see “systranserviceintegrator” is the Task Manager and should be able to activate your license.
Important:
If you log out (or shut down your PC) you have to repeat the steps above after logging in.
